Our 2025 season is from the 14th March 2025 through to the 2nd November 2025
Woodland Caravan Park is exclusively for Adults (minimum age of 18yrs)
We welcome Caravans, Motorhomes, Campervans, Trailer Tents and Folding Campers
WE ARE VERY SORRY BUT WE CANNOT ACCEPT TENTS.

Pitches
The price of a pitch includes:
- 1 x Touring Unit (Caravan/Motorhome, trailer tent etc)
- 2 x Adults
- 1 x Car
- Full use of the facilities.
All of our pitches are hardstanding, have an electricity hook up point (10amp) with water points close by

Prices
- All Week £25.00 per night
** The cost of Electricity is NOT included in the basic pitch price. Electricity usage is metered and is charged as an additional extra. You will only pay for what you use.

Prices - Summer
July & August only
- A one night stay on a Friday/Saturday night in July & August will incur a £5 supplement
** The cost of Electricity is NOT included in the basic pitch price. Electricity usage is metered and is charged as an additional extra. You will only pay for what you use.

Prices - Bank Holidays
- £30.00 per night (minimum stay is 3 nights which must include a Fri, Sat & Sun)
** The cost of Electricity is NOT included in the basic pitch price. Electricity usage is metered and is charged as an additional extra. You will only pay for what you use.

Extras
Any
- Extra Adults (must be over 18 yrs old) £7.50 per night
- Extra Car (no charge if with a Motorhome) £5.00 per night
- Day Visitors (must be over 18 yrs old) £2.00 each person

Awnings
Includes
- Full awnings, Porch awnings and Canopies
- £2.00 per night
Due to the nature of our site with our pitches cut in and amongst the trees all of our pitches are different sizes. A supplement is charged for the use of an awning as you will be allocated a bigger pitch to ensure you have enough space.
**Due to the nature of the hardstanding Rock pegs are recommended

Dogs
We accept a maximum of 3 dogs per unit
- £1.50 per dog per night
*please refer to our dog policy below

Electricity
Electricity Supply is 10 amp Hook-up
- Electricity usage is metered and will be charged separately.
- The cost will be charged at £0.27 per unit.
- Payment is expected prior to your departure from the park.
- Our electricity supply is NOT configured to charge any Electric Vehicle (EV).
- PLEASE DO NOT attempt to charge your EV from your caravan or directly from the hook up bollard, this may cause damage to your vehicle.

Arrivals & Departures
Arrival time
- From 1:00pm
- Our latest arrival time is 7:00pm
- If your travel circumstances mean your arrival time might be later than 7:00pm please ring the reception (01335 300598) to discuss as we will need to keep staff on duty to check you in.
Departure time
- Before 12:00 noon.

Payments
A £25.00 non-refundable deposit is required for any length of stay, unless
- the booking date and the arrival date are within 7 days, then full payment is required and is classed as the deposit.
ALL balances MUST be paid before the arrival date. Failure to pay the balance on time could result in your booking being cancelled and the loss of your deposit.
You will receive an automated email balance reminder 2 days before your balance payment is due, this will include a link to pay the balance payment online.
If you prefer, you can ring our reception to make payment.
Our Dog Policy
These points have been created to ensure all our customers enjoy their time at the park.
- Your dog(s) MUST be kept on a short lead at all times around the park, and adequately contained and secured whilst around your unit to prevent them from running free at all. We provide a designated exercise area where dogs can be let off the lead.
- The fully enclosed dog walking area is available for everyone to use, but if another guest is using the facilities when you want to use it then please check the sign on the gate to see if you can enter the area at the same time. Although your dog might be friendly to other dogs not all dogs are.
- The dog walk area is fully risk assessed and checked every day for hazards. Use of the dog walk area is at your own risk and Woodland Caravan Park accept no responsibility for any injury that may occur to you or your pets whilst you are using the facility.
- Under NO circumstances must a dog be left unattended whilst the owner leaves the park. This includes leaving your dog(s) in your caravan/motorhome or awning.
- Ensure you watch where your dog(s) defecates & pick it up. If your dog fouls in the park, it is the dog walkers responsibility to clean it up. Dog waste bins are provided for this purpose. Failure to clean up after your dog(s) will result in a request to leave the park.
- With the exception of Assistance dogs, no dogs are allowed in the toilet/shower facilities.
- Any owner whose dog or other pet is considered by management to constitute a nuisance or danger to other guests will be required to remove the pet from the park.
Amendment / Cancellation Policy
By making any booking with Woodland Caravan Park you agree to the following terms and conditions listed below:
Amendment of booking dates
We fully appreciate that sometimes situations arise that require you to request a change of dates of your booking.
We offer you the opportunity to amend the dates of your booking up to a maximum of two times during the current season. Any amendment of dates will incur a £5.00 administration fee that will be applied to your balance and is subject to the following:
- The availability of a pitch for the new dates you require.
- If you are moving your dates from the Spring/Autumn to the Summer season you will be responsible for paying the increase in the nightly pitch fee that will be incurred.
Cancellation of booking
Any deposit of £25, or any full payment under £25, forms your contract with Woodland Caravan Park. This amount is non-refundable.
If you do not wish to amend your dates and request a cancellation of your booking, then the following will be applied.
- If your cancellation is made over 28 days before your expected arrival date we will refund any payments that you have made (less the deposit)
- If your cancellation is made between 14 and 28 days before your expected arrival date you will receive a refund of 75% of any payment you have made (less the deposit).
- If your cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days before your expected arrival date you will receive a refund of 50% of any payment you have made (less the deposit).
- If your cancellation is made within 7 days before your expected arrival date then you will not receive any refund of any payments that you have made.
We strongly advise you to purchase holiday insurance with cancellation cover.
